Agreement to these terms
Done For You Digital Products is owned and operated by Clay Capital Management LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. Throughout these Terms, "Company," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Clay Capital Management LLC and the Done For You Digital Products brand. By accessing this website, purchasing a product, submitting an order, downloading content, or otherwise using our products or services, you agree to these Terms & Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products or services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase from us. By placing an order, you represent that you satisfy this requirement.
Digital products
Our products are primarily digital and may include PDF guides, e-books, reports, workbooks, templates, checklists, swipe files, prompts, training materials, videos, courses, downloadable files, online access products, software-related materials, and other educational or informational digital content. Electronic delivery
All products are digital unless expressly stated otherwise. You will generally not receive a physical product by mail. Products may be delivered through email, download link, online portal, membership area, checkout platform, cloud service, or other electronic delivery method. Access or delivery instructions are generally provided after successful checkout. If you do not receive your digital-product access information within two hours of completing checkout, contact support@bestsidehustles2030.com and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed before purchase. By submitting payment information and completing checkout, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, the information you provide is accurate, and you authorize the applicable charge. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We currently may use SamCart, but we may use different or additional processors in the future without revising these Terms.
Return and refund policy
Digital products are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that customers may receive immediate electronic access, we do not offer refunds after purchase, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law. Please carefully review the product description before completing your purchase. If you experience a technical problem, duplicate charge, billing error, or difficulty accessing your purchase, contact support@bestsidehustles2030.com and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate delivery or billing problems. International digital-content rights

Billing disputes and chargebacks
Our no-refund policy does not prevent a customer from exercising a legitimate right provided by applicable law or by a payment-card issuer. However, before initiating a payment dispute concerning an access issue, billing error, duplicate charge, or other matter that we may reasonably be able to resolve, we encourage you to contact us first at support@bestsidehustles2030.com. A refund request based solely on a change of mind remains subject to our no-refund policy.
